About this car
Hemmings listing in Chicago, IL. Offered on Hemmings in Chicago, IL.
What the photos show
- cream paint is deep and glossy on every panel, no respray money needed soon
- black soft top sits taut and clean up or down, no top replacement to budget
- chrome grille, bumpers and door handles shine like mirrors, no re-chroming bill coming
- black leather rear seat looks barely sat in, no reupholster needed
- dash wood and wheel look clean from the cockpit shots, no interior wood bill
- underside floors look solid and coated, but the sump pan is scraped and stained, so budget a pan check, not a floor job
- engine bay is never shown in the sampled photos, can't judge it, so that check is still on you
Money: at $159,800 the body, top, chrome and underside all back the price up; the unseen engine bay is the one thing to inspect before paying it.
