About this car
Hemmings listing in Astoria, NY. Offered on Hemmings in Astoria, NY.
What the photos show
- red paint is glossy and even all round with no visible dents or rust in the photos, so no paint money is needed on what is shown
- chrome bumpers, grille and trim are bright and straight, so no re-chroming bill is in sight
- the black soft top looks tight and clean with a clear rear window, so no top replacement cost is due
- cream leather seats look clean, soft and unmarked, so no retrim money is needed
- the wood dash is glossy and the instruments look clean, so the cabin needs no spending on what is shown
- the engine bay is tidy but honest, with surface wear on the black paintwork and an old radiator, so allow for routine recommissioning rather than detailing miracles
- no underside photo is shown in the sampled photos, so the floors and chassis can't be judged from the photos
Money: at $67,500 the photos show a shiny, complete cabriolet that needs no cosmetic money, so the price stands or falls on the underside and mechanicals the gallery never shows.
