About this car
Hemmings listing in Beverly Hills, CA. Offered on Hemmings in Beverly Hills, CA.
What the photos show
- This is the same physical car as the Beverly Hills 190SL in this set — same Stock #20002 photos, same rust patterns, same loose jack and top boot pictures.
- Red paint is peeling off in large patches with heavy rust across the hood, wings, doors and rear, full body and paint restoration money needed.
- Chrome bumpers are present but rusty and pitted, budget to repair and re-chrome.
- Seats are destroyed, padding and springs exposed, full retrim from the frames up needed.
- Dash and gauges are present but the cabin around them is rotten, saves some parts hunting only.
- Soft top is just a bare frame with no canvas, a complete new top is needed.
- Trunk floor is heavily rusted, with a spare wheel shown separately, expect trunk metal work.
- Engine bay is heavily rusted all over, expect a full engine-bay rebuild before any driving.
- Underside is not shown in the sampled photos, so I can't judge it from below, though the interior floors already look bad.
Money: At $24,750, the same price as the duplicate dealer listing, this is a full restoration core — budget several times the price to finish it, and only buy one of the two listings.
