What the photos show
- dark blue paint looks glossy and even across the hood and side in this front three-quarter shot, no obvious dents or rust showing, so no paint bill visible from here
- chrome grille, bumper trim and side mouldings look bright and straight, no replating cost evident in this view
- cream interior is only glimpsed through the open top and looks light and clean from a distance, but seat wear cannot be judged close up, so reupholstery cost stays open
- alloy wheels look clean in this shot, no wheel refurb cost showing
- can't judge the dash - it is not shown close up, so crack or repair cost is unknown
- can't judge the engine bay - it is not shown at all, so any engine work cost is unknown
- can't judge the underside - it is not shown at all, so rust or floor repair cost is unknown
- can't judge the convertible top - it is folded down and the fabric is not shown, so a new top cost cannot be ruled out
Money: At $24,100 sold, the glossy dark blue paint and bright trim in the single photo support the price on exterior looks, but the sale rested on one view with no interior, engine or underside evidence.
