What the photos show
- silver paint is glossy and straight with bright chrome bumpers, no paint bill showing
- black seats look very good with no splits or sagging, no need to reupholster
- dash looks clean and uncracked and the hardtop is shown fitted and tidy, no dash or top money obvious
- a hand and ruler in one photo point out a small scratch on the rear quarter, a touch-up, not a panel bill
- the front plate bracket is rusty and the grille surround chrome is tired up close, small chrome money
- soft top headliner is clean and unmarked from inside, a good sign, no top bill showing
- underside floors look solid with a newer catalytic converter fitted, but the front wheel-arch coating is cracked, reseal money rather than rust money
- door jamb plate confirms a 1977 car, VIN 107044 12 040427, identity checks out
- two of the sixteen sampled photos would not load, so a slice of the gallery can't be judged
- the engine bay is not shown in the sampled photos, so the engine bay can't be judged
Money: no price is listed, and this is an honestly photographed 450SL, small scratch and cracked arch coating declared in the pictures, so price it as a good driver and leave a little for the engine bay you still cannot see.
