What the photos show
- midnight blue paint is glossy and even with clean reflections, no paint bill on the body
- chrome grille, bumpers and trim are bright with no dents showing, no rechrome needed
- blue leather seats show real wear, the driver's cushion has visible cracking and crazing lines, so budget a retrim or live with honest patina
- dash wood is warm gloss and uncracked, with patterned coco mats over clean blue carpet, no wood bill
- door card is clean blue leather with bright hardware, no trim repairs needed
- the V8 engine bay is complete but driver-grade, surface rust on the exhaust manifold and aged hoses and reservoirs, so budget a mechanical freshen and detail rather than show prep
- trunk mat is dusty and scuffed with the spare in place, a clean-up job, not a repair
- hubcaps are color-matched and the tires look recent, no tire money due
- can't judge the underside, no lift photos in the set, so the floors stay unproven
Money: no sold price on file, so value is condition only, and this is the honest driver of the batch, shiny paint and chrome over a worn driver's seat and a tired engine bay, so on visible condition it prices a clear step below the restored 3.5 coupes, with the seat retrim and engine-bay freshen as the known spend.
