What the photos show
- silver paint is glossy and straight all round, no repaint bill showing here
- chrome grille, bumpers and hubcaps shine bright, no re-chroming needed
- navy soft top sits taut when up and folds away neatly, no new top to budget for
- navy leather seats show honest light creasing but no tears, usable as they are, no need to reupholster
- wood dash and gauges are clean and glossy, no trim hunt needed
- trunk is clean with fitted luggage and the spare in place, no rust clean-up showing back there
- the engine itself is never shown in full, only bay details and plates, so can't judge the engine bay as a whole
- can't judge the underside, no underside photos in the sample, so budget for an inspection
Money: at $198,000 the photos show a complete, well-kept cabriolet you could use as it sits, with a full engine-bay look and an underside check still owed before paying.
