What the photos show
- blue-grey paint looks glossy and even across the hood and doors, no repaint bill visible from here
- front chrome and grille look bright and complete, no rechrome money showing
- flat-face wheels look clean, no wheel refurb spend visible
- grey seats are only glimpsed through the windshield, too far to judge wear, so no upholstery saving can be claimed
- can't judge the dash, no close interior shot is shown, so dash repair cost is unknown
- can't judge the soft top, it is down and not shown raised, so top replacement cost is unknown
- can't judge the engine bay, no under-hood photo is shown, so engine work cost is unknown
- can't judge the underside, no lift photo is shown, so rust repair cost is unknown
Money: at $24,900 sold, the tidy exterior supports a driver-level price, but for a 560SL that money is low and the one photo gives no interior or mechanical reason for it.
